The works of Zsófia Szemző are simultaneously characterized by the proliferation of colours and materials, the encounter of practical knowledge and conceptual approach, the intertwining of ritual and pragmatic actions, and the entanglement of traditional and future-oriented thinking.

FERi’s last show before the summer will be the solo exhibition of Réka Lőrincz. On 27 June the gallery opens as an imaginary witchcraft store, the inventory of which will comprise Réka  Lőrincz’s latest magic objects.

Visual artist Herbert Aniko aka HANIKO's raw material is paper. Her works – with which she has becomeone of the exceptional people in the art world of contemporary art - are large watercolors, small collages, paper and other natural materials, a collection of installations of found objects.

Johann Arens uses installation and video to survey the documentary properties of public interiors and their inherent social textures. By deliberately placing artworks atypically he redirects attention to places in the peripheral vision. At P/////AKT he is presenting a new film project, resulting from a shared research with Dr. Alejandro Granados (Research Associate in Biomechanical Engineering at UCL London), along with furniture and educational material from the medical training centre at Amsterdam’s UMC hospital.

The representation of nature has for long interested artists (just think of the landscape genre), and was always coupled with a reflection on the relation between humans and nature.
