Well Projects are excited to present ‘Wilt’ a solo exhibition of new works by Jesse Pollock. In Wilt, Pollock presents a strange garden of skeletal fauna and puffy flora.

Jesse Pollock: Wilt

The disorienting material qualities of these objects, sitting somewhere between a marshmallow or injection moulded plastic, are a product of an unusual process that uses aluminium to build up and excavate surfaces in a way that draws parallels with the kind of three dimensional drawing often encountered in virtual reality programmes.

Based in Faversham UK, Jesse Pollock works predominantly in cast or sheet aluminium producing distorted versions of familiar objects, from flowers to bodily forms.
