Fanny Wickström: Brain Sculptor
15 February - 23 Feburary, /20
Glasgow Project Room, Glasgow
”A best practice is a method or technique that has been generally accepted as superior to any alternatives because it produces results that are superior to those achieved by other means or because it has become a standard way of doing things. Determining best practices to address a particular policy problem is a commonly used but little understood tool of analysis because the concept is vague and should therefore be examined with caution. Vagueness stems from the term which is subjective. Definitions may change over time within the same organisation due to changes in leadership and priorities.”1
”Brain Sculptor” is an exhibition revolving around different notions of labour and entrepreneurship. By means of sculpture and corporate placeholder words it aims to explore if there is a place within the task manager to articulate feelings of alienation.
