Vladimír Kokolia at Fait Gallery
On Wednesday 17 October 2018 the Fait Gallery opened another three exhibitions. The main space of the gallery hosts an extensive retrospective of the artist Vladimír Kokolia. The exhibition will involve accompanying events prepared in collaboration with Kokolia, Composting with Vladimír Kokolia and A Day with Vladimír Kokolia. This all-day event will provide the visitors with an insight into other aspects of the artist’s personality.
María Leon at Sala Europa
The exhibition "Memoria raw" (Raw Memory) of Spanish artist María León (Merida, 1984) reflects on the notion of memory and raw state through granite, a rock that has been used as construction material since ancient times.
David Fesl and Sláva Sobotovicová at Kabinet T Gallery
The exhibition entitled The Freelance DJ is the third common outcome of the artists David Fesl (b. 1995) a Sláva Sobotovičová (b. 1973), following their residency ending in the event We Would Like You to Be Our Showpiece (2017) at the INI Space in Prague and the exhibition Famous Writer (2017) reviewing the Writing Club activity at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
